Ana Polanco is a certified professional coach and organizational development strategist working with organizations and individuals to strengthen and advance purpose driven missions.

With over eighteen years of experience working with international and domestic membership based organizations, Ana supports leaders to reimagine how their ideas can have social impact. Using a wide range of campaign, organizational development and coaching techniques, Ana guides leaders to develop values driven approaches to the change they want to create in the world.  Ana works with organizations and individuals who are actively working to leave the world in a better place than how they found it. 

Ana specializes in the intersections of global movements and how they can achieve alignment to create sustainable social change. She has been recognized by a number of organizations for her leadership on social change issues and public service nationally and internationally.  Ana is always thinking about how to achieve common goals by inspiring and aligning others.

Before becoming a social entrepreneur, Ana had the privilege of leading major member engagement and culture shifting campaigns at Amnesty International USA, UNITE HERE International Union and the AFL-CIO’s Labor Council for Latin American Advancement to elevate human rights and political issues facing workers and their families. Ana has been recognized for her efforts to advance worker's rights, advocate for gender and racial equality, expand support for immigration reform, and other important social causes. 

Ana Polanco has a Bachelor's degree from American University in Washington, DC and a Juris Doctor from the University Of Wisconsin Law School in Madison.  Ana is an alumni of Leadership That Works, The Social Transformation Project, Rockwood Leadership Institute and the Congressional Hispanic Caucus Institute.
