A wild dream is the deep wisdom living inside of your spirit.

Wild Dreams is a coaching program focused on acknowledging the real experiences of women of culture and practicing how to break free from cycles no longer serving you.

Many people think that purpose is a career or profession.

That is a narrative created to distance us from our true purpose — the clearest manifestation of who you are inside, free of emotions and judgments that seek to limit your experiences.

This transformational space is a chance to turn your gaze inward and focus on what is most important to you. It is a place to imagine expanding further into a life where your free expression takes center stage.

A life of purpose is a life led by your own volition.

Find freedom, sustainability, and intention.

Inside the Wild Dreams program, you’ll begin to unstick from some of the colonized views and habits that prevent the pursuit of your own dreams.

You will reshape your relationship to time and reduce overcommitment so you can find freedom, sustainability, and intention in pursuing your wild dreams. You’ll begin to understand the roots of exhaustion and how they live in you and uncover the reflective practices that work for you.

Using somatic practices and ancestral techniques, we will build a foundation of inner liberation.

This is energy work.

It is about shifting your perspective so that you can begin the journey you have been dreaming about. Get clear on your higher purpose and how to navigate it in daily life, and move toward your desires with more freedom and intention.

Years before I created Wild Dreams, I had all these thoughts and emotions running through my head:

  • I accomplished many of my career goals at 29, so why do I still feel unfulfilled?

  • Why did I wait so long to do what I wanted to do?

  • How do I get what I want without compromising my values or disappointing my ancestors?

  • Why are some of the beautiful cultural practices I know just a decorative item in my daily life?

  • I’m deeply exhausted from spending so much time meeting other people’s expectations and dealing with systems of oppression that hold us all back.

Maybe you can relate?

At the end of the day, after years of running on a hamster wheel of emotions and insincere solutions, I decided to release my own frustration and attachments.

It was then that I started to imagine that there was another way – and If I could connect with this unknown way, I could let go of these emotions and experiences I was trapped in.

I began my journey of reconnecting with myself, learning from my ancestral roots, and allowing mentors with very different ideas to plant seeds in my heart so that I could reconnect to the sources of all life.

Wild Dreams was born through the collective lens of black, brown, indigenous, and immigrant women who I consider deeply connected
and who have experienced displacements in society.

These women were looking to change their relationship to the colonized views that kept them submerged and distant from their own wild dreams.

A wild dream is an unapologetic manifestation of a woman, where she can be who she wants to be without judgment, attachments, or shame.

It is the embodiment of a life that can exist alongside the people and the planet without subjugation and destruction.

I birthed Wild Dreams from the collective vision of other women of culture. There are over 1,000,000,001 wild dreams coming from women of culture and communities all over the world.

We need every single one of those visions, including yours, in order to live and embody the world we want to live in.

What is possible for you is bigger than anyone can imagine.

We have been trained to think about our purpose as a career, profession, or paycheck that gives our life meaning or value. We keep working and working looking for value in the outside world.

This process alone can never fill our cup.

Embracing your purpose is about accepting your essence.

When you embrace your purpose you begin to release the stories others have told about who you should be in this life.

You can begin to find your way to purpose when you accept your body, identity, and your ancestors as they are without judgment. When you can accept what you have been given to work with in this life, you can begin to choose a path that is truly yours. This kind of acknowledgment and release helps you release excessive and unbalanced emotions and become more embodied in mind, body, and spirit.

I know that your purpose, your Wild Dream is a part of our collective legacy for the future.

I wonder. Are you ready to unleash your own wild dream?

I want you to know the colonized experiences that we have been subject to and subjected myself to have been incredibly valuable. I grew tremendously in the face of adversity and was exposed to many incredible women, mentors, and spiritual guides from different cultural backgrounds who nurtured me.

I’ve accompanied hundreds of women on the journey toward their own wild dreams, while deepening my understanding of why women of culture struggled to unlock their own success.

If you feel ready, the Wild Dreams journey is about reclaiming and repositioning the ancestral and cultural wisdom living inside of you so that we might build a future where freedom and liberation are the norm for all, not the exception.

“I’m amazed at how much I learned about myself and how much I grew in such a short time! Ana expertly crafted a safe space for deep, honest exploration, challenging me to let go of beliefs and ways of being that prevent me from living my truth, unapologetically. Thanks to the Wild Dreams group, I’m starting a journey of decolonizing my life, beginning with honoring my indigenous Taino ancestry.“

It’s time.

Reclaim your dreams, which are the roots of a life filled with intention, love, and inner wisdom.

Inside Wild Dreams, get ready to explore a new relationship with your life purpose and essence... Learn how to participate in community while keeping your eye on the burnout or exhaustion you and I have habitualized. Using intentional practices, let me help you honor a new relationship with your body, mind, and spirit.

This is a space where you can show up as you are and give yourself permission to be more of yourself.

Let’s do this together.

When you join the live coaching program, you’ll be invited to our online community of Wild Dreamers.

Inside this space, you’re instantly surrounded by women of culture who are on the journey with you and will support your ongoing life changes. The journey towards our wild dreams is made by walking together. It is a circular journey where you meet and witness your Self and other women – and strengthen your essence repeatedly.

When you reconnect to your higher purpose while supported by other women who understand your journey, you make room for all your gifts and your relationship to wholeness.

A 9-week program with live online weekly coaching sessions in a cohort of 12 women. You’ll get all the course material via Thinkific, plus check-ins from the coach, demos during the sessions, and live guided visualizations. You will have the opportunity to work through the real and collective learnings of all the women in your cohort. You’ll have a one-on-one session with Ana as well as partner work to activate your support system. This is an intimate space that alchemizes our work together. During the 9 weeks, you’ll have access to a private cohort space to gain support during the program and be invited to join the Wild Dreams community when we complete the program together.

MODULE 1: GATHER

Welcome to your Wild Dreams space. During this time we will take a moment to remember what brought us to this time in our lives. We will review what you will need for the journey ahead and how to develop a commitment that can endure over the course of the program.

MODULE 2: THE POWER IS ALREADY INSIDE

We begin with reconnection and orientation to the roots of power inside of us. Using an internal ancestral map inspired by Mayan wisdom, you will explore the seven aspects of a human being, a treasure map our ancestors have passed down through your lineage. You will map out where you feel strong and weak in your ancestral lines and lived experiences and what you would like to work on in the future.

MODULE 3: THE PURPOSE THAT LIVES INSIDE OF US

We will begin to clarify how we want to relate to purpose. In ancestral cultures around the world, purpose is a state of being that represents our inherent value as human beings and is distinguished from the current societal story of purpose as productivity and profession title. We will compare the past and present narratives to redefine the future for ourselves.

MODULE 4: CULTURAL BREAKUPS

What are some of the cultural rules that hold you back from evolving into the next phase of freedom? Together we will look at your cultural belief systems and colonized views and how they affect your ability to step into your wild dream.

MODULE 5: LOVING OUR GIFTS AND APTITUDES

As children, we are aware of the natural gifts we have available to us. Over time we have to develop aptitudes in other areas that help us move, relate and work in society. In this module, you will identify gifts and aptitudes and explore how they are helping you step into more freedom and where you might be holding yourself back.

MODULE 6: THE PARTS OF US

A new wild dream is possible when we accept the world as it is and remember what our younger selves wanted for us. In this module, you will identify and accept your unresolved experiences or memories in your life. By mapping the resistance that lives in our bodies, we can practice tending to the parts of us that feel ignored, subjugated, overused or invisible. This practice will give you the confidence to resolve internal emotions, make new choices and take new risks.

MODULE 7: Energy Body

Learning to pay attention to the energy body is key to expanding our abilities and accessing more information about our journey and transitions. The more we learn what intuitive abilities we have the more we can expand and leverage information about how to move forward individually and with others.

MODULE 8: Abundance

Seeing the capacity of your mental, physical and spiritual bodies is key to manifesting a life that serves the people and nature without compromising yourself. In this module, you will practice receiving gratitude and joy as a pathway to abundance through somatic experiencing.

MODULE 9: Commit to Grow

It’s time to decide what to do with all the information you have. You will explore boundaries that support freedom and abundance and get clear about what commitment looks like to a lifelong journey around purpose. In this module you will decide what aspects of your purpose you are ready to commit to so that you can pursue it at any stage of life.

About Ana

I am the daughter and great-granddaughter of immigrant, mixed race, indigenous, gifted healers and guides from the Dominican Republic and Colombia who came to the United States pursuing the American Dream of freedom and success, only to give birth to a child who also told the story of America’s unkept promise.

As an ancestral coach, cultural facilitator, and storyteller, I support culturally diverse women to fully unleash their purpose. I left a 20-year career as an expert in civil and human rights strategy, organizing and power building and started a coaching and consulting practice focused on emergent strategy, relationship building, and cultural facilitation.

By reconnecting to my cultural practices and experiences, I am able to identify the colonial views that prevent inclusive forms of leadership in the western context. I want to reimagine what it means to lead for Black, Indigenous, Women of Culture, and for social change organizations.

It is my belief that by witnessing the cultural practices and belief systems that inform how we act, we can change the shape of our personal and collective purpose so that it is authentic, inclusive, and sustainable.

Working with Ana and the incredible women in the Wild Dreams program has been a gift. When I started the program, I was transitioning from a 20 year career in the non-profit sector focused on human rights and social justice. Even though I decided to pursue entrepreneurship, thinking about this dream filled me with self-doubt and fear. In my lived experience as an Asian immigrant woman, I've been taught to be a "good girl" and listen to what others told me to do. I instinctively knew I wanted to walk with other BIPOC women who were pursuing a life of meaning and joy on their own terms so I don't give up on myself. I couldn't think of a better guide than Ana who draws on the wisdom of our bodies, cultures, relationships with our ancestors among other sources. Through the work we did and the relationships we built, I came home to myself -- my story and my unique gifts. I’d recommend this program to any BIPOC woman and I can’t wait to welcome you into the alumnae community!

Who is this for?

The group coaching program is for women of culture, immigrant women and their daughters, and ethnically identified women:

  • Who want to unapologetically unleash more of their own power and purpose. Through the group coaching process, you will change some parts of your lifestyle, leadership, and practices through the lens of mind, body, and spirit strategies and ancestral practices.

  • Who are able to be honest and open about their experiences with other women in a group setting as a collective means of learning and being accompanied in the transition process.

  • Who acknowledge, understand, and have directly experienced how a colonized world that centers white supremacist strategies impacts their ability to access and share in the fruits of more freedoms.

  • Who understand that racism based on skin hue, economic inequality, and climate change are deeply rooted in one another, and to uproot the problem we have to reorient how we live at a personal level.
