On Sunday, February 11, 2024, we will have a one day women’s retreat with Ana Polanco and Natalie Orozco. BIPOC and Femmes will come together to connect with the land and the ancestors through a cacao ceremony and family constellations as well as other nourishing activities that help you deepen your connection with yourself, the community and the land.
CEREMONY WITH CACAO
Cacao is a sacred plant that provides nourishment, heart openings and ancestral wisdom. All cacao is sacred whether used in ceremony or in a chocolate bar. Through guided visualization we will connect to the spirit of cacao and our own heart’s desires to arrive at new information and new ways of being as we reconnect with ourselves, each other and the land.
ABOUT FAMILY CONSTELLATIONS
Family and Systems Constellations is a tool to help us understand the unconscious motivations that limit our hearts and minds from living freely and openly. In this one day retreat we will explore how our unconscious commitments play out in our relationships to people, archetypes and experiences in the world. Throughout the day participants will have an opportunity to constellate issues related to family dynamics, money, health and other issues important to them. We will look closely at how family dynamics repeat themselves in our daily lives. We will also do some somatic exercises and guided visualizations in small groups to help learn more about the shape of our habits and patterns and how to begin to interrupt them so we can start to feel freer and more capable of leading change in our own lives.
