In this half day retreat you will learn how to uncover the hidden threads between the rhythms of your existence and your maternal family history. The maternal line represents a series of conscious and unconscious histories from the moment you were conceived until you reach adulthood.
Together we begin to explore your relationship with those stages through the ritual of receipt of the divine feminine history, knowledge and power that lives in our collective unconscious. Together we will practice unlocking new pathways and shifting gears that bring greater light and understanding into your own experience and for our collective liberation through our maternal line.
Prepare to do some journaling, guided visualization, somatic presencing, toning, breath work, and chanting to assist the constellations process and to expand your own voice.
