Ana Polanco offers four coaching formats: executive 1:1 coaching for women of color in senior leadership roles, Wild Dreams (a 10-week ancestral group coaching program), team facilitation for organizations, and monthly family constellations sessions. All formats center cultural inheritance and systemic pattern work as leadership tools.

Over the last six years, I have blended transformational coaching, ancestral wisdom, organizational development and campaigning tools to shift our purpose and embrace the culture that will help us thrive.

An intimate group coaching program for people of the Global Majority who want to reimagine their life purpose collaboratively. Together we will get clear on your highest purpose, audience, goals and offers. This program centers cultural, ancestral techniques and perspectives and provides a new framework for how you relate to purpose, time and success. This program is for coaches, consultants, creative practitioners and others ready to make a career shift.

Individual coaching is primarily and not exclusively for women of color who are in a leadership role at a senior or executive level or who are making a professional transition. This coaching is focused on reshaping who you want to be as a leader. Together we will remember your purpose, values, and voice using a range of integrated, embodied approaches that help women express who they are at the core as leaders and community builders.

Facilitating authentic conversations inside teams helps to cultivate a sense of belonging, sustainability and purpose. I collaborate with a diverse set of coaches, weavers, storytellers and facilitators, to help organizations and networks imagine new ways of building authentic relationships, increasing autonomy and exposing colonized views of the work that keep them from accomplishing their team purpose.
