Right now, you may be holding more than your own life.
You may feel pressure to keep functioning, producing, and helping others hold it together.
You may be carrying weight you haven't named, moving fast because stillness doesn't feel safe, or showing up for everyone while something in you waits quietly to be tended to.
Pressure is not only personal—it is historical, systemic, relational, collective and normalized in our bodies.
This is a space to pause and listen more closely to what your heart, mind and spirit are asking of you.
What’s Included
Three guided audio practices, practiced repeatedly
The Threshold Journal, a downloadable companion for reflection and integration
A process you can return to over time, allowing each practice to meet you differently each time
Three Practices
-
Reflect on where you have felt the need to shrink, perform, or stay silent in order to belong. Reconnect with the parts of yourself that are ready to come back into view. Let them be seen.
-
Acknowledge grief that is personal, collective, or inherited. Create space to feel what has been held and to loosen what no longer belongs in your hands alone.
-
Ground into your body before your next decision, action, or demand. Return to steadiness, breath, and the support beneath you.
Meet your Guide
I’m Ana Polanco, a coach, family constellations facilitator, and guide who centers the experiences of women of the global majority who are navigating leadership, purpose, and ancestral patterns.
My work brings together coaching, embodiment, ancestral lineage, and systemic awareness to support people in reconnecting with themselves and moving through life with more truth, freedom, and belonging.
I created The Threshold as a place to begin, return, and listen more deeply.
If something in you has been asking for space…
If you’ve been carrying more than you can explain…
If your body, heart, or spirit is asking you to slow down…

Your Questions, Answered
-
The three audio practices are about 5 minutes each. They also include journaling questions to help you deepen your exploration. I encourage you to spend 5-7 minutes per question and repeat the excercise as often as possible.
-
No. You can move through them all at once or focus on one practice at a time. I encourage you to repeat practices to get the most out of them.
-
Yes. Each practice can meet you differently depending on the day, season, or moment you’re in. I encourage you to repeat each audio practice several times and only journal one or two questions at a time. The more repetition you engage in, the stronger your clarity will be.
-
It’s welcoming for beginners and also meaningful for people returning to reflective, meditative, or embodied practices.
-
You can pause, breathe, journal, and move at your own pace. You may also want to do this practice with a friend so that you can share what comes up with one another.
-
The language and community around Wild Dreams have largely centered on women of the global majority. This experience is spacious, reflective, and is designed to resonate with everyone open to self-love and change.
