The Lineage Lab is a education initiative created by Ana Polanco, exploring how ancestry and identity shape the way we lead. It brings the questions at the heart of ancestral leadership coaching into a space for collective learning, research, and cultural practice.
Where lineage meets leadership
Leadership does not begin with a job title. It begins in the family system we were born into, in the stories we absorbed before we had words for them, and in the ways our ancestors survived so that we could dare to be large.
The Lineage Lab holds space for people of the global majority to study those threads together — through workshops, gatherings, and shared inquiry into what our lineages carry and what they are asking us to become.
