The way you hold power — or avoid it. The way you over-function, over-explain, or over-give. The guilt that rises when you succeed beyond what the people you love had access to. The fear of being seen, or the exhaustion of performing visibility. The voice that says: Who do you think you are?
These are not personal failures. They are threads — threads that run through generations, through family loyalties and unspoken rules, through ancestors who survived by staying small so that you could one day dare to be large.
Leadership Hang-Ups & the Family Story Behind Them is a 2-hour family constellations circle devoted to tracing those threads — and finding a new, more liberated place to lead from.
In this session, we will explore:
• How family system dynamics and ancestral patterns live inside our leadership
• The hidden loyalties that keep us stuck, shrinking, or burning out
• What it looks and feels like to lead from rootedness rather than survival
Through guided constellation work, ritual, and collective witnessing, you'll have space to release what was never yours to carry — and step into the leadership your lineage has been preparing you for.
This session is especially meaningful for women of color, leaders of the global majority, and anyone doing systems-change work who has ever wondered why growth feels more complicated than it should.

Family and Systems Constellations is a tool to help us understand the unconscious motivations that limit our hearts and minds from living freely and openly. This process allows us to explore how our unconscious commitments play out in relationships to people, archetypes and experiences in the world. Participants will have an opportunity to constellate issues related to family dynamics, money, health and other issues important to them. We will look closely at how family and system dynamics repeat themselves in our daily lives and in our collective history. Our aim is to see what is unseen, bring ease and or reconciliation so that we can restore balance to the system, whether individual or collective.
