Welcome to Your Wild Dreams

Where women of culture and others cultivate new definitions of
success and leadership in our society.

Tell me, when was the last time you found yourself saying….

I feel like I am running out of time and I don’t know what I want.

I know what I want but not sure how to get to what I want without compromising my values.

I’m deeply exhausted from spending so much time dealing with white supremacy and colonized systems.

People don’t seem to be attracted to what I want, there is an energy I’m giving off that doesn’t align with who I am.

Did you think these thoughts recently? I know, mi amor, I get it. but there is a better way.

With the elevation of more women into leadership roles, everything we know about what success looks like is being reimagined and what’s possible is bigger than we had hoped for.

There are over 1,000,000,001 visions for change coming from women and communities all over the world.

We need every single one of those visions, including yours.

Time is abundant and also runs like a well oiled machine. It’s us who have to change how we relate to time and where we expend energy. Clarify your higher purpose and how to accomplish it by learning/remembering indigenous ways of relating to your wildest dreams.

Inside Wild Dreams, get ready to explore a new relationship to your internal colonized view. Learn how to participate in community without burnout or exhaustion, using decolonized practices that help you form a new relationship to your body, mind and energy.

Reclaim your wholeness: You can’t just think your way out of a colonized view that lives in your body, you’ll need to activate body and energy work.

Are you ready to help unlock this massive transformation? I am.

I believe in the power of purpose so deeply that six years ago, I gave up my career in the social justice sector, to reconnect to my own purpose.

Like many of you, I was lost, burnt out and tired of walking through doors that never led to my own personal freedom. How could I help my community be free, If I was also lost?

After tending to my wounds for a little while I started pursuing a new kind of purpose, one that wasn’t tied to everyone’s expectations of me. After all, as a political director, everyone had expectations of me and my work that often had little to do with what I wanted.

At the end of the day, I was looking for something more.

So I began a journey to really understand purpose, study new ways of being and reconnect with my own ancestral wisdom. During the last six years, I regained my connection to the core of my calling. I reconnected to the parts of my culture I wanted to honor and began to do the deep work of personal transformation with other women. I coached hundreds of women and spent thousands of hours looking at the problem of purpose and why women of culture struggled to unlock their own success.

Find freedom, sustainability, and intention.

Inside the Wild Dreams circle, get ready to reclaim your time and reduce overcommitment so you can find freedom, sustainability and intention in pursuing your wild dreams. Even more than that, understand the roots of burnout and how they live in you, and uncover the energy practices that work for you.

Don’t go it alone.

When you join the Wild Dreams circle, you’re instantly surrounded by a community of women of culture who are walking the journey with you and will support your ongoing life and career changes.

When you reconnect to your higher purpose while supported by a community of women who understand your journey, you make room for all your gifts and your relationship to wholeness using somatic practices.

This is the energy work. It is about shifting your perspective so that you can begin the journey you have been dreaming about. Get clear on your higher purpose and how to navigate it in daily life, and move through your career with more freedom and intention

“I’m amazed at how much I learned about myself and how much I grew in such a short time! Ana expertly crafted a safe space for deep, honest exploration, challenging me to let go of beliefs and ways of being that prevent me from living my truth, unapologetically. Thanks to the Wild Dreams group, I’m starting a journey of decolonizing my life, beginning with honoring my indigenous Taino ancestry.“

Here’s what you can expect

Week 1: REDEFINING PURPOSE

We will begin to clarify what individual and collective purpose is and reflect on our relationships to each one. We will also look back at our relationship to our life work and make choices about what needs to change if we are really going to commit.

Week 2: CULTURAL BREAKUPS

In order to step into purpose repeatedly, we have to be willing to break some of the cultural rules that hold us back from evolving into the next phase of development. Together we will look at your cultural belief systems, colonized views, redefine liberation, values and decide what matters most to you at this stage of life.

Week 3 and 4 BECOMING WHOLE AGAIN*

Part of stepping into a new chapter in your life is to see the world through the mind, body and spirit. In order to continue connecting to wholeness, we need to pay attention and care for the parts of us that are trying to get our attention. When all the parts are attended to we can see a way forward. This week, we will look at different practices that can help us relate to those parts differently

Week 5: COMMIT TO GROW

It’s time to decide what to do with all the information you have. We will get clear about what commitment looks like to a lifelong journey around purpose and what aspects of your purpose you are ready to commit to so that we can pursue it at any stage of life even when it seems impossible.

Week 6: ABUNDANCE MINDSET

Redefine abundance for yourself and your body is key to manifesting your purpose. In order to make your wildest dreams come true, we will need to be in a position to receive with gratitude and joy. Start building the habits necessary to have abundance.

It's time to step into your power and define your story. You know your purpose and now it's time to make an offer to the world and share your gifts and talents. We will look at the key components of an offer and how you will share it with the world.

Week 8: LEVERAGING NETWORKS/COMMUNITIES

Understanding the power of your network will help you get a bigger picture of how you are seen and determine what’s possible when delivering your offer out in the world. We will visit, revisit our collective purpose here.

I am the daughter and great granddaughter of immigrant, mixed race, gifted, creative parents from the Dominican Republic and Colombia who came to the United States pursuing the American Dream of freedom and success, only to give birth to a daughter who also told the story of America’s unkept promise.

Ana led our Wild Dreams group in such a well paced, grounded, and energetically balanced way. She invited us to slow down, shed our masks, and actually connect with one another and tap into the group wisdom in a way that led to not only major individual epiphanies but also breakthroughs for ALL of us. Most importantly for my work, she modeled a new and conscious way to do group work.
